This was an extension and refurbishment project with a difference.

From the frontage, the property in Exeter looks fairly typical,  it’s not until you walk to the rear of the property that the wow factor kicks in. The newly landscaped gardens are of a ‘Chelsea Flower Show’ standard, incorporating steps, planters, ornamental ponds, fountains and lighting. .

Combined with a contemporary designed 2 storey rear extension, and utilising a variety of materials, the end result is stunning.
