Knapp Green  is a contemporary new build of traditional construction.

This was a scheme the clients, a retired couple, dreamt of for many years but due to innumerable obstacles and budget constraints were struggling to bring to fruition The clients approached N J WHITTAKER to see if we could assist in making their aspirations a reality. The clients had a very conservative budget but with some detailed value cost engineering and design changes we were able to turn their dream into a reality.
