N.J. Whittaker Ltd. undertake a wide variety of projects in the East Devon and West Dorset area ranging from minor repairs to projects of up to 1/2 million pounds in value. Types of work include new-build (both traditional and timber frame), extensions, loft conversions, alterations, repairs and maintenance. We specialise in new build, alterations to listed buildings and cottage renovations.
Most of our turnover emanates from repeat business and recommendation by clients, local architects and surveyors.
As well as being a chartered building company we are members of the Federation of master builders. We can offer the NHBC ten-year guarantee for new build and the Masterbond ten year warranty for refurbishment, maintenance and improvement work.
